How to Identify Shang Jan Products

A product can be identified by the engraving on its base or surface. Depending on the item and product series, Shang Jan places brand, material and manufacturing information on the bottom of tumblers, bowls and cookware or on the surface of accessories.

Before purchase or use, check the engraving on the product and compare it with the packaging, label and product specifications.

Four Identification Points
1. Brand name: Look for the Shang Jan or product-series branding.
2. Material marking: Confirm the stainless steel grade or other material information shown on the product.
3. Manufacturing information: Some products are engraved with “Made in Taiwan” or equivalent origin information.
4. Series marks: Brand emblems or functional icons may identify different product lines.
