For daily cleaning, use clean water, neutral detergent and a soft sponge or cloth. Cleaning the cookware while it is still warm makes residue easier to remove.

For food or residue that is difficult to remove, soak the cookware in hot water with a small amount of neutral detergent before washing. White mineral spots can be removed by soaking with diluted white vinegar or citric acid, then rinsing thoroughly.

Dry the product after cleaning and store it in a dry, well-ventilated place.

Products manufactured in Taiwan may carry a “Made in Taiwan” laser mark. The location, size and format of the mark can vary according to the product type, shape and available marking area.

Laser engraving is permanent, but minor differences in color or clarity may occur because of the stainless steel surface and manufacturing process. Refer to the marking on the product and its packaging for product-specific information.

Using Oil with Stainless Steel Cookware
Use an appropriate amount of oil to fill the fine pores on the stainless steel surface and form an even oil film. This helps food release naturally. Foods with higher moisture content may require slightly more oil.

Use low to medium heat and allow the pan and oil to warm gradually. Adjust the amount of oil and heating time according to the ingredients and cooking method for the best results.
