Description

Directions for Use:
Before first use, wash the cookware with water, a small amount of flour mixed into a thin paste, and dishwashing detergent. Rinse thoroughly before use.
Excessive scrubbing may leave black stainless-steel residue on the surface. If this occurs, simply wash it again with a soft cloth or sponge.
White spots or rainbow discoloration may appear after cooking. This is a normal result of starch and minerals in the water. Soak with a stainless-steel cleaner, then wash thoroughly.
If the cookware turns yellow, it may be caused by excessive heat, which can make oil and seasonings adhere to the surface. Soak with a stainless-steel cleaner, then wash thoroughly.
Storage:
After use, wipe the cookware dry and store it in a dry place. Do not store it together with strong acids or alkaline solvents, as these may cause corrosion.
Precautions:
Do not leave empty cookware over high heat for an extended period, as this may cause deterioration, deformation, or damage.
Do not strike the cooking surface, as dents may affect cooking performance and damage the cookware’s appearance.
Avoid touching the cookware during cooking or while it is still hot and has not yet been cleaned, as this may cause burns.
When using a gas stove, keep the flame at an appropriate level. An excessively high flame may cause food to overflow, potentially extinguishing the flame and resulting in a gas leak. Proper flame control also helps keep the cookware clean and attractive.
