Directions for Use:

1. Before first use, wash the pot with water, a small amount of flour mixed into a thin paste, and dish detergent. Rinse thoroughly.

2. If heavy scrubbing leaves dark stainless steel residue on the surface, wash again with a soft cloth or sponge.

3. White spots or rainbow-colored marks after cooking are normal deposits caused by starch and minerals in water. Soak and clean with a cleaner formulated for stainless steel.

4. Yellow discoloration may occur when high heat causes oil or seasoning residue to adhere to the pot. Soak and clean with a stainless steel cleaner.

Storage:

Dry thoroughly after use and store in a dry place. Keep away from strong acids and alkaline solvents to help prevent corrosion.

Cautions:

1. Do not leave the empty pot over high heat for an extended period, as this may cause deformation or damage.

2. Do not strike the cooking surface; dents may reduce cooking performance and damage the finish.

3. Avoid touching the pot body during cooking or before it has cooled to prevent burns.

4. When using a gas stove, keep the flame below the base of the pot to reduce the risk of boil-over and gas-related hazards, and to keep the pot clean.

5. Allow the glass lid to cool before washing. Sudden temperature changes may damage the glass.
