Directions for Use:

1. Before first use, wash the pan with water, a small amount of flour mixed into a thin paste, and dish detergent. Rinse thoroughly.

2. If heavy scrubbing leaves dark stainless steel residue, wash again with a soft cloth or sponge.

3. White spots or rainbow-colored marks are normal deposits caused by starch and minerals in water. Soak and clean with a stainless steel cleaner.

4. Yellow discoloration may occur when high heat causes oil or seasoning residue to adhere to the pan. Allow it to cool, then soak and clean with a stainless steel cleaner.

Storage:

Dry thoroughly after use and store in a dry place. Keep away from strong acids and alkaline solvents to help prevent corrosion.

1. Do not leave the empty pan over high heat for an extended period.

2. Do not strike the cooking surface.

3. Avoid touching the pan while hot.

4. When using a gas stove, keep the flame below the base of the pan.
