Description

1. Before first use, clean with water and a small amount of flour (slurry) and dish soap, then rinse and dry.

2. If over-scrubbed, which may expose dark stainless steel components, simply re-clean with a soft sponge or scouring pad.

3. White spots or rainbow-like iridescence appearing after cooking are normal phenomena caused by starch and minerals in water. They can be soaked in a dedicated stainless steel cleaner before washing.

4. Yellowing of the pot body may be caused by excessively high heat or oil residue and seasoning sticking to the pot. Soak and wash with a dedicated stainless steel cleaner.
