Directions:

1. Before first use, wash thoroughly with water, a little flour mixed into a thin paste, and detergent.

2. If excessive scrubbing leaves black stainless steel residue on the surface, wash once more with a soft cloth or sponge.

3. White spots or rainbow discoloration after cooking are normal deposits from starch and minerals in water. Soak with stainless steel cleaner, then wash thoroughly.

4. Yellowing may result from excessive heat causing oil or seasoning to adhere to the pot. Soak with stainless steel cleaner, then wash thoroughly.

Storage: Wipe dry after use and store in a dry place. Keep away from strong acids and alkaline solvents to prevent corrosion.
