Description
Directions for use:
Before first use, clean with water, a small amount of flour (slurry), and dish soap, then rinse and dry.
If over-scrubbed, which may leave residual black stainless steel components on the surface, simply re-clean with a soft sponge or scouring pad.
White spots or rainbow-like iridescence appearing after cooking are normal phenomena caused by starch and minerals in water. They can be soaked in a dedicated stainless steel cleaner before washing.
Yellowing of the pot body may be caused by excessively high heat, which causes oil and seasonings to stick to the pot. It can be soaked in a dedicated stainless steel cleaner before washing.
Storage instructions: After use, please wipe the product dry and store it in a dry place. Avoid storing it together with strong acids or alkaline solvents to prevent corrosion.
Precautions:
Do not let the cookware undergo dry heating over high heat for too long, to prevent the pot body from deteriorating, deforming, or getting damaged.
Do not strike the pot surface to avoid creating dents, which would affect cooking performance and ruin the appearance of the pot.
Do not touch the pot body during cooking or before it has cooled down after high-temperature use, to avoid burns.
When using a gas stove, do not use an excessively large flame to prevent food from spilling over the edge of the pot, which poses a risk of gas leakage, and to keep the cookware clean and aesthetically pleasing.
