Before first use, wash with water, a small amount of flour mixed into a thin paste, and dishwashing detergent. Rinse thoroughly before use.

Excessive scrubbing may leave black stainless-steel residue on the surface. If this occurs, wash it again with a soft cloth or sponge.

White spots or rainbow discoloration may appear after cooking. This is a normal result of starch and minerals in the water. Soak with a stainless-steel cleaner, then wash thoroughly.

Yellow discoloration may be caused by excessive heat, which can make oil and seasonings adhere to the surface. Soak with a stainless-steel cleaner, then wash thoroughly.

After use, wipe the cookware dry and store it in a dry place. Do not store it with strong acids or alkaline solvents, as these may cause corrosion.
